Where the storage is at a location remote from the installation site, transfer of our materials to site is the responsibility of the purchaser.
14. If the Purchaser needs unique packaging in relation to the Goods it should be consented to in composing in between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the exact same is to the Buyer's account and accordingly will be consisted of in the Purchase Rate. 21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep delivery of any further Goods to the Buyer and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
